The Plasma and Energy Conversion Laboratory is a joint research unit shared by the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INPT) and the Paul Sabatier University (UPS) .
LAPLACE's research themes are in the field of electrical energy and plasma and cover a continuum of activities that includes the production, transport, management, conversion and use of electricity. With more than 350 researchers, university professors, engineers, technicians, post-docs and doctoral students, LAPLACE is the leading research concentration in the field of Electrical Engineering and Plasma at the national level.
